School assignments are based on geographic proximity and district attendance zone boundaries. ParcelKit resolves the nearest TEA-registered campus for each campus type (elementary, middle, high) to the geocoded coordinates of your address.
For each campus ParcelKit shows the school name, district, campus type, grades served, enrollment, TEA accountability rating, phone, website, and principal — plus the school district's superintendent and contact information.
Yes. Ratings reflect the Texas Education Agency (TEA) A–F accountability system. Ratings are updated annually after TEA releases its accountability results.
School lookup is available for addresses in Harris, Montgomery, Fort Bend, and Waller counties. Coverage expands as ParcelKit adds more counties.
Yes. The same school data is available through the ParcelKit API. A single geocoded request returns property details, owner info, school assignments, and flood zone data in one response.
